Seven Sessions to Self Exploration:
a new program to discover the beautiful uniqueness that makes you you.

I have always been super curious as to what makes people repeat certain situations and behaviors, and since making coaching my profession it has become a bit of an obsession. The answer — as per usual — is pretty simple, but not at all easy. The answer is that people usually don’t have a map of themselves. When things get hard, or disappointing, or go sideways, or seem impossible, there are ways that you and your brain will work best to get out of it. However, most of us don’t know what those ways are. This program gives you the map to how you are showing up for yourself, and different ways you can support yourself along the journey. Here’s an outline of what we will be covering in seven sessions:

SESSION 1.  You’ll bask in your unique strengths and values

SESSION 2. You’ll listen for saboteur voices and question undermining narratives

SESSION 3. We will talk about how different “parts” of us form 

SESSION 4. We will surface fears and learn to bring a balanced mindset to them

SESSION 5. You’ll build powerful skills to communicate with yourself and others 

SESSION 6. You will venture into uncharted territory: Honoring desire

SESSION 7. You’ll harness the power of forward motion

Fulfillment

One of the most important components of wellbeing, fulfillment is deeper than pleasure or happiness — it is the full expression of who you are meant to be, and what is right for you. Let’s look at the different facets of fulfillment, including your values and allies, and define this very personally for you.

Purpose

Here is a surprise: Purpose is a verb, not a noun! And if you are like most people, the time you devote to exploring your special purpose verb is almost none. Let’s carve out time to devote to this very important question — while honoring the knowledge that the answer to “what is your life’s purpose?” changes over time and circumstance.

Development

Whether it is career development, personal development or exploring how your mindset affect your decisions., the Wellbeing Workroom is a psychologically safe space to “do the work.” We will identify an aspect of your life where you will benefit from a clear vision, thereby developing goals and desires.
