What is the Wellbeing Workroom?

A psychologically safe space where discovery and growth are created

The Wellbeing Workroom helps people achieve individual growth and business objectives utilizing best-in-class organizational research, emotional agility, and creative play — delivered via coaching, team workshops, and facilitation

The Wellbeing Workroom was created to answer one question: How can I be of more service? How can I take the skills of discovery and curiosity (learned over 20+ years as a communicator and hospitality group executive) and use them to help people the most?

After getting my Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and becoming trained as a professional coach from the Co-Active Institute (CTI), I’m prepared to bring cutting edge wellbeing research to teams and individuals in search of their most authentic, creative, productive selves.

The Wellbeing Workroom was created to be a physical environment where critical skills can be built, questions asked, and values and visions created that help people uncover their purpose — their truest loves in life and how to pursue them.

About CJ Pippen

As an undergrad, I studied both journalism and graphic design, using my top strengths of curiosity and appreciation for beauty and excellence. Since then, my career has blended both asking questions and creating images — in non-profits, magazines, for my eponymous design studio, and for the restaurant group Patachou Inc., named one of “Nineteen Great Places to Work” by Food and Wine Magazine.

In my role as an executive in the hospitality industry, I created branding, internal communications systems and training programs. Having completed a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania and my coaching training with Co-Active Institute, I am now working with teams and HR departments in developing employee wellbeing programming that can augment existing offerings, in the areas of deep listening, conflict resolution, compassion building, and vulnerability.

My passion is for emotional and physical environments, questions, and skills that help people uncover their magnificent authentic selves, their greatest joys, and how to pursue them. The Wellbeing Workroom is a welcoming studio space for people and teams to begin this process of uncovering.
